All of our Imperial Shih-Tzu puppies are placed with pet homes on a spay / neuter contract.  Sorry, no breeding rights.

Purchaser agrees to Spay/Neuter their new puppy when the puppy reaches the age of 6 months.

 Purchaser agrees to supply Tiny Tot Shih-Tzu (Kimberly Schwindt) with a Veterinarian's letter (certificate) as proof of spay/neuter.

If Purchaser fails to Spay/Neuter this puppy and fails to provide proof to Tiny Tot Shih-Tzu by the time the puppy is 7 months of age, rights and ownership of the puppy will automatically be terminated and puppy will go back to Tiny Tot Shih-Tzu (Kimberly Schwindt) who may immediately assume possession of the puppy with no refund to the purchaser.  Purchaser will be responsible for any and all fees incurred (attorney, court costs, filing, travel, shipping cost for puppy, etc.) in the safe recovery of returning the puppy to Tiny Tot Shih-Tzu.
